MALATEC Set of Exercise Bands

MALATEC set of exercise bands are great for yoga, stretch training, fitness, gym, recovery workout, volleyball, football, physical therapy, Pilates, aerobics, Cross Fit.

The set includes 5 exercise gums with different resistance forces. The higher the degree of resistance – the thicker the rubber and the more you stretch it, the better the exercises will affect the development and growth of muscles. From training to training, we can try to use stronger rubbers and observe our progress.

The rubber bands are in the included carrying bag, they can safely be stored and easily taken to the training, outdoors or on a trip – they take up little space.
